Australia’s Fortescue Metals Group said Tuesday it has approved the development of stage 2 of the Iron Bridge magnetite project in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, which is expected to deliver 22 million wet mt/year of high grade magnetite concentrate by mid-2022.
